    Submission Limits

    Submissions reset monthly on your billing date.

    When you approach your limit:

  • Warning at 80% usage
  • Email notification at 90%
  • Submissions blocked at 100%

    • Overage handling:

  • Starter: Submissions blocked
  • Pro/Business: Submissions blocked (upgrade to continue)
  • Enterprise: Overage billing available

    • Storage Limits

    Total storage across all uploaded files.

    When approaching storage limits:

  • Delete old submissions with files
  • Export and archive externally
  • Upgrade for more storage

    Upgrading

    From Dashboard

  • Go to Settings
  • Click Upgrade in the Subscription section
  • Select your new plan
  • Complete checkout

    • Changes Take Effect Immediately

  • New limits apply instantly
  • Features unlock immediately
  • Prorated billing for upgrades

    • Downgrading

  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Click Manage Plan
  • Select a lower tier

    • Note: Ensure you're within new plan limits before downgrading.

    FAQ

    Can I change plans anytime?

    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

    What happens if I exceed my limits?

    You'll receive warnings at 80% and 90% usage. At 100%, new submissions are blocked until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.

    Is there a free trial of Pro?

    Contact us for a trial. We offer 14-day trials for qualified customers.

    Do unused submissions roll over?

    No. Submission counts reset each billing cycle.

    Can I get a refund?

    We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    All major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
