Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We'll send you a warning when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed your limit, new submissions will be held in a queue until your limit resets or you upgrade. We never delete your data.
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can explore all features before deciding to subscribe.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoice billing and bank transfers.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. For monthly plans, you can cancel anytime and won't be charged for the next billing cycle. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
A submission is counted each time someone submits a form to your endpoint. This includes both successful submissions and submissions that fail validation. Spam-blocked submissions are not counted against your limit.
No, unused submissions don't roll over to the next month. Your submission count resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
When you cancel, your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your data enters a 30-day grace period where you can reactivate and restore access. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
