Data is stored on secure servers in the United States (AWS us-east-1 region by default). Enterprise plans can request data residency in other regions. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption.

All webhook payloads are signed with HMAC-SHA256 signatures using your webhook secret key. This allows you to verify that webhook requests genuinely came from Atlas. We also support custom authentication headers for additional security.

Yes, you have complete control over your data. You can delete individual submissions, entire forms, or your entire account at any time. Deletions are permanent and cannot be recovered, so we recommend exporting data first.

Never. We don't sell or share your form data with third parties. The only time your data leaves our servers is when you explicitly configure webhooks, integrations, or use the API to retrieve it. We take your privacy seriously.

We recommend against collecting highly sensitive data (like credit card numbers or passwords) through forms. For PCI compliance needs, use a dedicated payment processor like Stripe.
